Terms & Conditions
Last updated:
These terms explain the basis on which RA Global Solutions BD provides its website and its consultancy services. Please read them before using this site or engaging us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
About these terms
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean RA Global Solutions BD; “you” means anyone using this website or engaging us for consultancy. Using the site means you accept these terms as they stand on the day you use it.
Where we agree a separate written engagement with you for a specific matter, that agreement governs the work and takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it.
What we do — and what we do not
We are a visa consultancy. We help you understand what an application requires, prepare and organise your documents, and submit a complete application to the relevant authority.
We are not any of the following, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise:
- A government department, embassy, high commission or visa-issuing authority, and we are not acting on behalf of one.
- A law firm. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship between us.
- An educational institution, or an agent authorised to admit you to one.
No guaranteed outcome
Every visa decision rests solely with the issuing authority of the destination country. We cannot influence, expedite or predict that decision, and we do not guarantee that any application will be approved or decided within any particular period.
Our fees pay for our work in preparing and supporting your application. They are not contingent on the outcome, and an unsuccessful application does not by itself entitle you to a refund of work already carried out.
If anyone — including anyone claiming to represent us — offers you a guaranteed visa, a guaranteed timeline, or a decision obtained through influence rather than a complete application, treat that as a serious warning sign and contact us directly.
Your responsibilities
Our work depends entirely on what you give us. You agree to:
- Provide information and documents that are complete, accurate and genuine, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
- Disclose anything relevant to your application, including previous refusals, overstays or immigration history in any country.
- Meet the deadlines and appointment dates we pass on to you, and keep your own copies of everything you submit.
- Make your own decision about whether to proceed, and satisfy yourself that the destination and route are right for you.
We may stop work on a matter, without refund of work already done, if we are given information we believe to be false or documents we believe to have been altered or fabricated. Submitting false information to an immigration authority is a serious matter with consequences that we cannot undo.
Fees and payments
Our fees are quoted to you in writing before we begin, and they cover our services only. Government, embassy, biometric, medical, translation and courier charges are set by third parties, are payable in addition, and are not ours to waive or refund.
Any refund terms that apply to a particular engagement are set out in the written quotation for that engagement.
Using this website
The content of this site is provided for general information. We keep it current as best we can, but immigration rules change frequently and without notice, and nothing here is a substitute for advice about your own circumstances or for the official guidance published by the relevant authority.
You may read, print and share this site for your own use. You may not copy it for commercial purposes, present it as your own, or use it in any way that damages the site or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. Product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
We link to embassy, government and institutional websites where they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their handling of your data. Always confirm requirements against the official source for your destination.
Our liability
We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for a refusal or delay by an issuing authority, for a change in immigration rules, or for any loss arising from information you gave us that was incomplete or inaccurate.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
